What does an engagement usually look like?
Most projects run 6–12 weeks: a strategy sprint first, then a build phase you can see weekly, with playbooks and templates handed over at the end.
Do you work with existing in-house teams?
Yes — about half of my work is embedding with a comms or media team for a tournament or campaign, with a clear handover so the team owns the result.
Do you travel for events?
Yes, subject to accreditation and visas. Tell me the dates early — international sport paperwork is slower than everyone expects.
Fixed price or time-based?
Fixed price for scoped projects, day rate for event coverage, monthly retainer for ongoing accounts. Either way, the quote is the price.
