Starting from nothing, the account needed a voice before it needed a calendar. We defined a Farsi editorial tone that sounded like the terraces rather than a press office, built a repeatable format system for match days, and shipped every result, goal and milestone within minutes of the whistle.
What moved the numbers
- A fixed set of match-day templates so production time went to selection, not design.
- Player-first storytelling instead of fixture announcements.
- Publishing on the emotional peak of the match, not the scheduled slot.
